What our Preorders actually are

A confirmed reservation — not a gamble on stock you might never get. Here's exactly what to expect.

  • Confirmed allocation only

    We only offer pre-orders for confirmed stock. Your order won't be cancelled due to supply shortages.

  • Approval is one-off

    Apply once and you're done. Approval helps us keep high-demand products in the hands of genuine customers.

  • Fair, per-customer limits

    High-demand products carry purchase limits so genuine hobbyists get a fair shot — not bots and resellers.

  • RRP, locked in

    All sealed products are listed at RRP or less. We don't raise prices when demand spikes, and we never charge market prices for sealed product.
